Yoga Retreats

Retreats offer time out from the busyness of your daily life to remember who you are, what you truly value and what you want to do with your precious life energy. Through alternating periods of deep, nourishing yoga, meditation and self-reflection, we return home to the breath and body, unwinding the habitual layers of tension, clearing our minds and opening our hearts.

Retreat locations are peaceful and inviting, surrounded by the power and beauty of nature to remind us of our own inner nature. Delicious healthful meals are included as well as plenty of time to rest, read, or simply do nothing.
