Offered in our beautiful, clear studio space, group classes emphasize the integration of movement and stillness, body and breath, mind and heart. Our integrative approach offers a practice that develops strength and flexibility for your bodies, but also helps you awaken to, and let go of, the habitually limiting ways that you use your mind and body — ultimately freeing you to connect with the deeper potential that lies within.
