Offered in our beautiful, clear studio space, group classes emphasize the integration of movement and stillness, body and breath, mind and heart. Our classes are both challenging and deeply nourishing with careful attention to the needs of each individual from our skilled, experienced teachers. Classes include dynamic, flowing sequences of postures linked with the breath integrated with longer held postures, alignment, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation. Our integrative approach offers a practice that develops strength and flexibility, but also helps us awaken to, and let go of, the habitually limiting ways that we use our minds and bodies — ultimately freeing us to connect with the deeper potential that lies within each of us.
