Friday Evening Workshop: 7-9pm ~ with Steven Katz, DC

You are invited to join in a living laboratory of yoga practitioners as we explore cutting edge research from the Western perspective and its application in asana practice. In our 4 workshop series we will dive deeply into the challenging areas of posture and dynamic stability, hyper-mobility and injury prevention, and a brand new “What every yoga teacher and student should know about” the Lumbar Spine in January.

New Years Day Yoga & Meditation

Through slow, deep asana, pranayama, meditation and self-reflection, we will release the residue of the year, create space for the new to emerge, and plant seeds of intention for what we would like to cultivate in our lives for 2015. Class will include both dynamic and restorative practices, followed by a simple, but meaningful new years ritual. All levels welcome. Pre-register as space is limited.

Yoga Teacher Mentoring Program with Janice Gates
Saturdays, 2-5pm at the Yoga Garden
Dates: 11/8, 1/24, 3/7, 5/9
 
This program is an invitation to dive a little deeper, lean into your edge and develop as a practitioner, as a teacher and as a human being. The safe container of a small group of like-minded practitioners and the support of a seasoned and compassionate guide is a potent environment for inner and outer growth.

YOGA FOR STRESS
A new class with Patty Brockley

Sundays @ 11am
Join Patty Brockley for a deeply nourishing class specifically targeting stress. This class focuses on mindful movement, breathwork to enhance your stability, along with sharing a few laughs to increase your awareness of your body's own capability to relieve stress. All levels are welcome.

Patty has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and brings to her classes joy, laughter, and 20 years of knowledge from working with the human body as a Nurse Practitioner.  She has been teaching yoga to individuals and athletes for the last 5 years.  Patty obtained her RYT 200 certification through Janice Gates' Living Yoga teacher training





New class with Marcie Anderson
Saturdays from 8:30-9:45am
This class integrates slow, fluid movement through yoga postures with clear alignment, and an emphasis on nourishing and strengthening the core. Marcie brings her knowledge and extensive experience to this challenging but deeply nourishing class. The last 10 minutes are spent in peaceful meditation. All levels are welcome!

 








Early Morning Wake Up Yoga
with Linda Prosche
WAKE UP to a joyful morning of dynamic asana, thoughtful alignment and skillful adaptation for the needs of your body. Three times a week (M/W/F), you will transform your practice through the lightness of breath and the depth of awareness. Linda gently guides you to awaken your life force and begin the day with brightness and clarity. Open to all levels.
