In our 4 workshop series we will dive deeply into the challenging areas of posture and dynamic stability, hyper-mobility and injury prevention, and a brand new “What every yoga teacher should know about” series starting with the Cervical Spine in December and the Lumbar Spine in January.

Yoga Teacher Mentoring Program with Janice Gates
Saturdays, 2-5pm at the Yoga Garden
Dates: 11/8, 1/24, 3/7, 5/9
 
This program is an invitation to dive a little deeper, lean into your edge and develop as a practitioner, as a teacher and as a human being. The safe container of a small group of like-minded practitioners and the support of a seasoned and compassionate guide is a potent environment for inner and outer growth.

YOGA FOR STRESS
A new class with Patty Brockley

Sundays @ 11am ~ Starts Nov. 2nd
Join Patty Brockley for a deeply nourishing class specifically targeting stress. This class focuses on mindful movement, breathwork to enhance your stability, along with sharing a few laughs to increase your awareness of your body's own capability to relieve stress. All levels are welcome.

Patty has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and brings to her classes joy, laughter, and 20 years of knowledge from working with the human body as a Nurse Practitioner.  She has been teaching yoga to individuals and athletes for the last 5 years.  Patty obtained her RYT 200 certification through Janice Gates' Living Yoga teacher training

New class with Marcie Anderson
~ Saturdays from 8:30-9:45am ~ Starts August 23rd !
This class integrates slow, fluid movement through yoga postures with clear alignment, and an emphasis on nourishing and strengthening the core. Marcie brings her knowledge and extensive experience to this challenging but deeply nourishing class. The last 10 minutes are spent in peaceful meditation. All levels are welcome!
