Come join us for a day of yoga, snacks and fellowship.  
This is a great time to bring a friend to try out a class.
All classes are gentle, mindful yoga and
the day will end with Laurie teaching a restorative class.

Yoga for Flexibility and Balance with Jessica Zerr
Saturday, May 10th ~ 1-3pm

As we age, our flexibility decreases and our balance can become more challenging. Through slow, deliberate movement and sustained stretching, we will coax fluidity and suppleness into those stubborn areas, reducing stiffness, and allowing for greater mobility.  We will also engage simple balancing poses to give you a more subtle awareness of your body's center of gravity, along with a finer sense of how the body works as a unit to balance.  All levels welcome.

Join us the first Friday of every month from 6:30-7:30pm
for a great time of fellowship. We will have a short meditation followed by a time of discussion about yoga and how to connect the dots in our practice. Everyone is welcome and there is no charge for this event. We hope you can make it so be sure to put it on your schedule!

Early Morning Wake Up Yoga

WAKE UP to a joyful morning of dynamic asana, thoughtful alignment and skillful adaptation for the needs of your body. Three times a week (M/W/F), you will transform your practice through the lightness of breath and the depth of awareness. Linda gently guides you to awaken your life force and begin the day with brightness and clarity. Open to all levels.
